Do you know what you are going to put in the vase? I like the wood stand and the twine wrapped around the vase along with the blue ribbon but since I don’t really know what you’re gonna add to it I’m getting mixed feelings about the B&B flower . If you add flowers I would suggest removing the blue and brown flower but if you’re gonna add like beads or crystals the flower would look just fine. It is very pretty though!

I would get some pillar candles, maybe three, and have them sitting in the vase. take off the big flower and make/buy more of the flowers. then place them around the vase.

I love the wooden slab idea for a centerpiece base. I am planning on doing this myself. Did you make these slices yourself (and if so how did you go about doing it?) or did you buy them from somewhere. They are SO expensive everywhere im looking!

I just don’t like the brown and blue together.

@EricaRenea… Check around for a local tree service or landscaping company. They have TONS of excess wood they’ll usually just give you for free! I was able to tell them what I wanted and within a week I had more wood than I knew what to do with.
