I read your blog on making them and you said you had them hanging for a couple months – how long? did they stand up over time or need to be refluffed?

I want to do these for my wedding in June but am hesitant to start on them too early because i wasn’t sure how they would hold out.

You did an awesome job. I love the different shades of purple. How many pieces of tissue did you use for each “flower”?

I have a question… do you glue them in when sticking the wire into the styrofoam ball??

So I just tried making this and the flowers came out beautiful! Thank you for posting the steps. They were very easy to follow.

 

My only question is, how many sheets did you use per flower? I did three and it was VERY full looking.

I agree I am totally borrowing this idea<3, I was going to have them done in a different way but luv luv luv this one, they look like real flowers from a distance in the pics you linked to us. Mine will be fuschia and am looking forward to strating this DIY  project way early as you suggested on my spare time!! and will purchase the 5 in  styrafoams as you said also. ty ty !!!!^^
