I would LOVE to learn how you made these!! They are stunning!!! Im currently working on a brooch buquet so this would tie in perfect!
Thank You girls!I bought wooden numbers and paint at JoAnn’s.I glued(with glue gun) the numbers to round base then I painted it purple and covered it with a special cracking medium. After it dryed i painted final coat in antique white. The”bling” is made of a fashion rings:)
They look wonderful!! Could you tell me what kind of paints you used? Crackel Brand? I found one at Michaels craft I want to use for clay pots that I want to do the same thing too but the paint was dry when I opened the container. Was more like a clay. Not sure if it was old and sitting there forever but I didn’t want to chance spending the money on it. These came out perfect!! great job on them!
And where did you find the brooches if you don’t mind I ask?
Thank you for sharing! If you don’t mind me asking what are your centerpieces like? I’m planning on doing clear vases with sunken flowers and some bedazzled ribbon….just curious what you are matching these numbers with! Its see awesome idea 😀
I will have a lantern(white or black) and three lace votives together with that number and maby I will put all of this on a vintage doily, don’t know yet:)I will try to post a picture when I will have everything ready:)
I love this design. Very creative way to concept the vintage with the bling!
I would like to know what you take for the base? I really like the idea!
The base of each number is a simple wood circle. You can buy it at JoAnns
In Montreal we don’t have JoAnns or Michael’s. 🙁 In fact I found we don’t have krafty shop. We have omer desseres but it’s notting like JoAnns or Michael’s.
oh sorry….maby try lumber or wood stores they may have it
