Can you tell my what kind of flowers you used, and approx how may it took to cover the ball?  I”ve purchased the balls (10) but haven’t tackled this project yet.  Let me know if you could please.  Happy Planning!~

I just made two pomanders for my flower girls. I bought the 5 inch floral foam balls and it took me 84 roses for each ball. The flowers I used were apple green roses, which weren’t really open a lot, so that’s why it took so many per ball. If you used a flower that was fuller, it would take a lot less to make one. Hope this helps!

How long did this take to make?  If you had to guess….how much do you think you have invested in these? (including everything like the balls *hehe sorry*, flowers, any wire?, ribbon, hooks, glue.  Just trying to figure out if its better to make them or have someone make them?  I think they are gorgeous! but I’ve read some post and it seems to cost alot to make them.  Thank you! and they are very pretty!

These look almost like the ones that I made. Great job!!!

I used like 12 cream peonies & 8 red open roses for a 5″. I agree that once its done, the size is a little overwhelming. I didn’t expect it to that big either. Although I didn’t measure the final product, it just looks big to me. lol!!
