Chair covers? Or you could tie coloured sahes around the middle part? If you own the chairs you could spray paint them in your colours.

Depending on your look you might not have to do anything to them.  Do you have a theme?

Are you thinking that there would be too much white going on if you just left them alone? Are you having programs?

I think you should find a thick ribbon maybe 2inches wide in your wedding colors and lace it through the back holes (similair to weaving) and then just let them hang. it would be a quick and simple way to add color to the plain white chairs. Plus with the ribbon you could do a few chairs with one spool so it would be alot cheaper then making a chair sash for each. Just a thought 🙂

I like renee’s idea, but I’d go with just black satin ribbon.  It would give the chairs a tuxedo like feel.

Love Renees idea.  Added thought, you could weave the ribbon, to the top the tie into a bow, or add flowers like you are using in the reception.

P.S., who says you need a theme? Just use the colors you love and create the memories!

Awesome Idea Karen with the bows, I think the ribbon would be a great little touch.

I agree Get Some Ribbon and you Could Make your Own Sashes for a half Decent Price! Even, Getting a bolt of tool or something and making your own tulle Sashes would be a half decent price!!

We have no theme either we are just going mostly with Our Colors, And “Monogram” type pieces..

You could do a bow around the chair in black, turquoise or fuschia with lavander (purple) tied into the bow and it would give a really nice smell!!!

you can go with the tulle or ribbon sash and then purchase the pack of big tissue paper from the dollar tree and make pomanders to put on the back of the chairs along with the sash…that way it will help to complete the look with your pomander napkin rings. I think I would probably go with black sash…hope this helps
