Hi, Bees! This is my first question on here, though I’ve been perusing this website, and reading all of your very helpful suggestions for months now!
I am DIY’ing my wedding invitations. I printed some samples on regular cardstock, but it looks kinda cheap and filmsy. I then decided to add a layer or cardstock to the back of the invitation to create a border effect, and to make the invitation stiffer (in other words, no so cheap). It’s an option…for now.
I’m sure many of you have one-layered invitations that look expensive…do you mind sharing what kind of paper you used, and whether it worked on your home printer? I just started researching linen cardstock…is this any good?
