Now that the Bridesmaids packages are sent and received I’ll post the way I popped the question to them. Picture heavy!
The whole package.. I used free card promos from different websites over a period of time to get a Will you be my bridesmaid card..tinyprints has a special right now for a free one.. see their website.. Each had a picture of the girls and I on printed on the inside.
I also wrote each girl a note
These are the response cards.. I embossed my writing which says “Will you be my bridesmaid” with check boxes yes and no. I used a different color ink to check yes on all of them and wrote “nevermind I filled it out for you” I thought it was cute and can’t take credit .. it was somewhere on this site
I used envelopes I already had for RSVP for the invites which aren’t done yet.. and stamped them.. As a side note.. there is a minimum size for the post office. I used cards I got out of the dollar bin that were tiny and had to just stick them inside a larger envelope..
I found these frames in the dollar section of Michaels and used my left over response cards to write the date of my wedding inside the frame.
and finally it just wouldnt be asking without a ring. I found these rose flower rings that I thought were too cute (also out of the bins at michaels.. they have all different colors) and added them in a box that resembles a ring box.
I made five of these total.
Total cost of the project was almost $7 per girl including $2.32 worth of shipping via the usps and I have 20 extra pink boxes.
What do you think?
