Lately I’ve been seeing wood block prints all over and they look amazing! I found a tutorial for them and was surprised at how easy they were to do. All you need is some blocks of wood (basewood works the best that I’ve found), a laser printer (Inkjet wouldn’t work!), Gel medium (through amazon), a brush and a sealing agent. I am so happy with how mine turned out. I did have a fail when I used pine though.
I’m planning on having these out at the reception and using them around the house as well. I used this tutorial, except I used polyerthene to seal the image instead of modpoge (which workd too).

Did you use gloss or matte gel medium?

I used gloss medium. Bought the wood at Micheals (but they also have it at JoAnnes)
