Housman's "A Shropshire Lad") and put a belly band around each one. I also borrowed Mrs. Stilleto's paper flower idea! The top layer of the flower is cut out of Charles Lamb and Mary Lamb's "Tales of Shakespeare," which my DH found for $2 at a thrift store. Because I am crazy, I made sure all 145 flowers had only nice words on them - nothing like "jealous" or "death," etc. We also made bookplates for the books with our monogram and wedding logo (not pictured). Our venue was also a museum and had their own penny "smooshing" machine... they wheeled it into the ballroom for us to use! Everyone was given 51 cents to make their own penny to bring home.
