Each invitation was handwritten by the calligrapher. They were put on silk backings and lovingly wrapped in tissue. The response card was blank so people would write whatever they wanted on it. We have gotten so many clever responses. We have also gotten a few "we will be there" with no names so thank goodness I wrote numbers on the back so I could match those responses with a name.
